Edit: I called management to talk about this and was left on hold for 5 min before I hung up, I could hear the staff carrying on talking. Is there someone else higher up? Really I'm about to switch gyms I just found out that fit19 charges $22 a month, has AC & the same equipment. They may be further away & not open 24/7 but Idc I don't want to pump myself up to go to the gym & then pump myself up again when I get there bc the environment isn't tolerable & there's no relief in sight. I get it, an AC can be costly to install, especially in such a big place, but having stagnant air does increase the possibility of catching COVID-19. Maybe consider updating the ventilation & installing AC in places like the locker room where you go to wind down, in the black card members room and/or even where the staff is (I feel soo bad for them breathing in the muggy, hot & sweaty air for hours) yesterday when I asked about the fans they said maintenance told them not to use them in the doorway anymore, I couldn't believe it. Such a huge difference it makes with the fans blowing that stagnant sweaty air around, at least you have an occasional breeze to look forward to while sweating your butt off.. After my workout yesterday I stepped outside & there was NO difference, on a 101° day. It would be so worthwhile to get an AC installed in select areas, or updating the ventilation system to COVID standards. Something to make it tolerable in there.

4/28/22 Unfortunate after work come to get a quick workout use the restroom for the toilet was overfilled and their water was off. Shower water was off as well as well as sink water to wash my hands. Hope this is only on one time thing

Love these gyms. Only thing is- this chick stole my dam vape pen from right u set my nose on the locker room. This was the next day and she ran out the door as soon as she saw me. Mystery thief- we shall meet again!

I’ve been coming into Planet Fitness for two years, usually the women’s locker room is so so, sometimes it can be clean and other times it can be dirty, especially the showers.
