Staff was super polite and helpful. Was a bit nervous after reading the reviews but tje kids and I were instantly greeted and offered help. Variety of souvenirs to chose from.

Ditto every other low rating about rude staff. Greeting when coming in the door was "you need to wear your mask properly". After pulling my mask up and being ignored for 15 minutes as the ONLY customer in the store (with my wife), I was again told that I needed to wear my mask properly, ( it had slipped a little to the bottom of my nose). Seriously, if you are that concerned about your one set of customers in 15 minutes in your store not completely covering their nose up to their eyeballs, perhaps you should not be open. Merchandise was typical tourist overpriced "Colorado" logo stuff available in dozens of other places. Go to one of them instead of here, unless you just want to be hassled.
