Positive: Close to highway and ski resorts. Hot tub and sauna were perfect after a day of skiing. Negative: Mattresses are in DIRE need to replacement. You could clearly see valleys on the beds, and they were like this two years ago when I stayed there last. Hallways/rooms smelled awful. Made it difficult to breath. Had to buy air fresheners for the bedroom.

Positive: The location was near all the mountains we went to and the town had alot of restaurants. Negative: The room was visibly dirty. Dirt on the floor, in the corners, in the shower, dust on the countertops. The beds were also dipped in from so many people sleeping on them, they were incredibly uncomfortable. There was trim off of the whole entrance way.

Charge for one room was supposed to be around 560$ after the stay they have ran up charges for almost 1600 dollars on my card I reserved with. When we showed up to check in we paid with a different card, so that the card we reserved with wouldn't be charged. now I have 2 560$ dollar charges on my card 1 394$ dollar charge and also a 219% charge that was finally given back. One of the guests that stayed with us also had their card charged for 560$ so in total we are bein charged 2 grand for a 2 night one room stay. This is ridiculous on it own. When approaching the front desk with the issues, we were told they will call us back the same day.(still waiting on that call). we called back and were informed we were going to get a call back to resolve this situation still no call. I ended up not waiting anymore because i have 1500 missing that they took on the same day and now wont give it back. they claimed i have to wait at least 10 days to get money back.... they didn't wait any time at all to take the money they were not authorized to take. I want my money back. By far the worst customer service I have had to deal with! We will not be staying at a days inn again 100%, and I still 100% want my money back including the overdraft charges that I am now responsible for because you guys are taking out amounts your weren't supposed to be taking out. you were only authorized for the 560. When calling the corporate office , after a long conversation that wasn't going anywhere I asked to speak with the manager and instead of transferring me to the manager they transferred me to the front desk of the Days inn that didn't help me on my first 2 attempts. I tried to go about this nicely but I will call my bank and declare these fraudulent charges, since that is exactly what they are. I hope you guys get back to me before this has to happen!

Gross!! Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Random hair on sheets, texture coming off walls in the bathroom, disgusting carpets in room and hallways. Sink hadn't been wiped down (dried soap?). Mystery stains on bed frame. Night table between beds hadn't been wiped down (lots of crumbs). Room was FREEZING when we arrived. Fake wood floor in room was coming up and had major damage. Back door to parking lot didn't lock (unsafe). Corners of room and bathroom were visibly dirty and hadn't been cleaned in ages. Hallways were dirty & scuffed and the paint was trashed from housekeeping carts hitting it repeatedly (mu guess based on height of damage). This place needs a complete remodel top to bottom. Don't waste your money! Waited almost 10 minutes for front desk person when we arrived at 9:00pm. We stayed here multiple times many years ago in the early 2000's. It has gone WAY WAY WAY downhill.

What a fiasco! Guy at desk couldnt figure out how to use the computer. Manager refused to help; just walked out saying he had a family emergency so we never got our room. Finally just went somewhere else. I would avoid this place and sleep jn my car if i had to!!
