It was poor. I travel a lot for my company. This hotel needs major help and an inspection. Trash everywhere, dirty room, stains on bed sheets, dirty walls, carpet is gross and filthy. Outdoors, overgrown weeds, trash, entrances filthy, no screens on any windows. This hotel will not last. They get the overflow ski traffic otherwise there is no care for this facility. They lost my business. I have many photos to share. Spend the extra money for a nicer hotel.

I stayed here with a few friends for six nights and it was a very lackluster experience overall. There was standing water in our bath tub and when we requested maintenance it was delayed and the gentleman didn't speak English to communicate the problem/solutions. The bathroom later would smell like sewage after flushing the toilet. We were out in CO to ski and planned on using the hot tub and pool after for recovery. What we would come to find is an unkept pool area with a layer of sand at the bottom of the hot tub. Lastly the breakfast was also underwhelming with options of bagels or cereal and not much more. Would not recommend or come back to this hotel.

So overpriced!!! We used to come here more often and it's definitely gone downhill. Amenities not especially clean, including the common area tables. Breakfast is good but nothing hot, although they have hot water/tea/coffee stations available at all times. Unfortunately pool/hot tub didn't work while we were there, nor did the refrigerator in our room. And the bathroom sink didn't drain well at all. Staff was friendly though and room heater is pretty quiet.

Overpriced for what you get. Room NOT clean, breakfast was terrible much to mine and several others guests surprise. Not even a piece of fruit only hard bagels and cereal. Hotel lobby is nice and check in was easy but that’s about it. My floor (3rd) had trash on tables and stains on carpet. Pool/spa looks to be working but I didn’t use. Staff was nice enough but not all that helpful. I would not stay here again. Good location but not worth price for lack of quality. Hotel is pet friendly for a 20$ fee.
