Managing Partner of LOVENOLAtv Shawn Walsh’s namesake son, Shawn Jr, called our home in an extortion effort against my step-son relating to sports betting. 27-year-old Shawn was incredibly disrespectful and shameless in his efforts to extort a few thousand dollars from concerned parents of a college student. As if that was not enough, he went on to create over a dozen phony google accounts to leave reviews on my husbands company google page claiming they do not pay their bills amongst various other fraudulent claims. Shawn Jr. sunk the listing to 1.7/5 stars from a 5 star overall review. This came 2 weeks before meetings with investors to sell the company. The fraudulent reputation Walsh’s namesake son sewed into our family company’s online presence inevitably led to countless uncomfortable conversations with would be buyers, forcing extensive forensic audits & delaying the process of the sale months longer than it would have taken. In fact, delaying the sale so long that the market experienced a complete dive, killing the sale entirely. Honoring our son’s wishes to not engage in Shawn’s insidious behavior, combined with our own efforts to allow our son to be his own man and handle his own problems, we decided against pursuing legal action. However, after recently hearing other stories from parents in the NOLA area saying their children had also been extorted by young Shawn, I feel compelled to write this review in hopes that Shawn Sr. will truly understand the magnitude of his son’s actions. Maybe it will help, maybe it won’t. We have tried to contact Shawn via phone and email without success. This review will be deleted in due time when I feel you have surely seen this, Shawn.

The worst city in the world. Filthy streets, huge homeless issues, very poor roads and parking scams. You will park your car pay the fees and still get booted. This is a must not visit city in my opinion.
