Yes they are. I don't recall seeing a water bowl anywhere.
Should be able to, a wait may apply though.
Only a few. They have grilled salmon with mashed potatoes. They have fish & chips. And a shrimp scampi appetizer. That's it as far as I know. I've never gotten any of those so i cant tell you about them...but i love their caprese salad.
