I would give them 0 stars if possible. The management staff is more than incompetent. Their inability to complete a simple form that has been given to the twice in the last year only proves it. I typically don’t post my opinions of companies however no one who cares about their family should put their parent in this abusive place. The assistant manager Deborah is very verbally abusive to the tenants and I have witnessed it several times. For 3500 dollars a month she needs better behavior. I reported her several times but apparently it went on deaf ears as she’s still there abusing the elderly. And yes I moved my mom out.
