I’ll be honest, I’m not super happy with Verizon and it’s service at the corporate level. This store is not owned by Verizon, it’s locally owned. My experience turned my mood around from fairly upset to admittedly relieved and happier. Thank you for your helpful service when I was in need.

Being older and very nervous of technology, that is me. The patience that Mike O has with older generation is amazing. He never makes you feel you are a pain………which I know I am. The staff is the same way! Looking for a great store and customer service is the Verizon store in Plymouth.

I appreciated working with D'Ashton at the Plymouth store. He was very personable and helpful. I was helped quickly (unlike the Maple Grove corporate location unfortunately). I would go back!
