My car was vandalized so brought it here because I had a good experience with Luther Collision in BP. Paid my insurance deductible and got my car there was still broken glass in my seats and door my tpms system shows error and none of the gauges are reading my air pressure. Looks like I get to spend more money by bringing it into the dealer to try and get this figured out and to get all the glass out of my car 😞 kinda disappointed considering I just came out of pocket a nice chunk. Edit: Alex did reach out to me brought my car back in and they did fix the tpms and re vacuumed all the glass out and fixed the other issues. Alex was very professional and helpful!! And the response and issues were resolved rather quickly.

After this place took my car for 2 weeks my car looked like this. My bumper color was OBVIOUSLY incorrect, they should be embarrassed. I worked with Bryan and he was horrible at communicating. I had to call him every day (other day) to get updates and he NEVER called me to tell me what I needed to update. On top of that Bryan didn't even apologize or seemed sincere for their HORRIBLE work. I wasted my time and money driving back and forth just to see their horrible work.

Great job on the car but a bit disappointed in the long turnaround time. Scheduling was sloppy but they did cut me a break on the 19 day rental fee. I wanted 9 free days but only got 5..Dylan you could have done better ...

My experience at Luther Collision and Glass was phenomenal. They managed to complete my windshield replacement waaaay ahead of schedule. The staff were all very polite and pleasant to work with.
