Poor customer service. There were 4 employees working in the store and only one other customer. We walked around for 15 minutes and were not greeted or asked if we needed help. We didn't speak to someone until we asked if anyone could help us. The showroom does have various options for lighting, Tubs, toilets, and faucets. The customer service was better when it was Blackmans.
