The Drive-thru window service is just so very extremely slow. Associates are always pleasant and kind, though.

Horrible customer service at this branch . Banner bank is a great bank , but at this actual location they provide horrible customer service , and they will lie to you as well . Seems like they have a bunch of young kids working there that do not know how to provide good customer service , which is crucial in this line of work . Don’t deal with this branch . The ones in college place and Issac’s ave are the ones you want to go too .
