Their professionalism and communication was above and beyond 5 stars. A wonderful and special team, in a clean and well run facility. I highly recommend LCCWB to any family looking for a skilled nursing facility.

Above and Beyond. Wonderful caring staff. The CNA'S Nurse's PT OT Robin and Diane exceptional!! These guys don't miss much. My mom was here after a fall and a partial hip replacement. I can not say enough positive things to justice all the hard work each and every person in the facility did to make my mom's stay there comfortable. Thank you guys!!! Life Care staff deserves a raise.

The care is good but the administration of the facility is extremely poor. The first time my father was transferred there from the hospital, nobody knew he was coming. When he went back to the hospital and tried to go back, no one could admit him because it was a weekend so he spent two more days in the hospital he didn't have to spend there if they had weekend coverage. The third time, they told the hospital they didn't have a bed but try back in three days. Three days later, they refused to admit him, which they could have told us three days ago! Awful treatment of an older person and very professionally disrespectful to the hospital. Even getting his stuff back was an ordeal that took several phone calls. Avoid at all costs.
