I tired getting a job here they don’t return calls and they told me that my interview went well soo now I’m stuck doing what I didn’t wanna do I enjoy working with seniors but it all good cause if one place didn’t hire then another will but I think bad when you don’t call someone back

They provide unsafe transportation for the residents. Only 2 months in as a driver and the brakes failed, twice! Furthermore, The van they provide has no blue tooth option that works with modern devices and management forces the driver to use a phone that isn't hands free capable. By law it is illegal to talk on the phone without a hands free device. Despite bringing my concerns to my bosses they found it best to ignore them. The bus they use to transport the fragile elderly should be investigated by a third party. It is highly unsafe. In the short time I worked there I had over a dozen complaints from residents saying "We need a new bus, but the company is too cheap to replace it".

The staff is wonderful and honestly our family is blessed to have found The Hearth on James when we did. Through the times we went through at the beginning and then the pandemic hit. The Hearth has been very informative, helpful, and we couldn't imagine having to of doing this without them. Our Dad is happy and that was the main goal, so thank you!

2 years ago this place and the staff were great when my Mom moved in. Since then new management and staff have come in and the whole dynamic has changed. The information pamphlet and contract we signed stated they assisted with incontinence care but as soon as her health declined and that assistance was needed she was sent to the hospital and told she could not return. Communication with the new staff is non-existent. I had to ask to have a meeting with the new nurse manager to find out the status of my Mom instead of them informing me of her health decline. She showed up to the meeting very defensive but ended the meeting with agreeing too email me weekly updates. Needless to say I never heard from her again even up to the day that they sent my Mom to the hospital.
