This is a fun place for kids to come and play. The obstacle courses are fun. It's a great place for birthday parties too. Your kid(s) will break a sweat.

Yes, Open Gym starts at age 5. On Saturdays Ultimate Minis, ages 3 and 4, can go from 9am-11am
Hi Rick! I'm not sure what you like to do for fitness and workouts, but my girlfriend and I have been going to Ultimate Obstacles since they opened and the place absolutely rocks!
During regular hours it's 6+. During our special Mini Ninjas hours it's 3-5 years old
