I was told in the winter that the second outdoor drive up was broken and they were waiting for a part. Obviously that's not true, and there is no reason that the second outdoor drive up should not be open for pickup, and the lines are incredible. Hire more staff, we're tired of the COVID nonsense and excuses.

Tried to call the pharmacy and waited on hold for awhile only to have them pick up and hang up on me without saying a word. This happened 3 times. My prescription was supposed to be ready an hour ago.
