The drive thru pharmacy is terrible for Covid testing very slow!! Why have an appt for a Covid test? If I could I would give a zero rating!

Due to my widowed mother living far away from me, I set up a delivery service at CVS so my elderly mom could get her prescriptions when she was sick and unable to drive. Today, I used the service for the first time, as my mom needed antibiotics and was not feeling well enough to drive. What a MESS! It is now 8:30 pm and she still does not have her needed medicine. I have called twice and she has called the pharm twice. Each time, we think things are cleared up and the medicine will get delivered, but it never comes. Needless to say, we will be moving all her prescriptions to another, more reliable pharmacy.

Hmmm if you are white, I wouldn't bring anyone non white with you unless you feel like being followed through the store continually being asked if you need help while the rest of the store is ignored.
