Was fairly disappointed when I presented a KFC coupon at the window and was told they didn't accept coupons. I didn't realize a chain restaurant had the option to deny a coupon. I'll make the longer trip next time and go to the Fremont location (they accepted my coupons last week).

Got food poisoning the last 3 times I went to KFC. I don't know what is going on?? Maybe it's just me?

Drive though only. The car line was out into the main street and wrapped around the place of business. The attitude of the service clerk was outstanding. Great customer service.
