Monteforte law is such a knowledgeable law firm. When I called to get more information Janaya was great on helping me understand their process. This firm has me at ease because I know I have help for my mother when she needs to go on MassHealth. I know when the time is right, I will be definitely have Monteforte Law in setting up MassHealth for my mother.

Is there a consultation fee for an inital consultation with the attorney here?

Yes, there is a fee of $299 for a Strategic Planning Session. This is the first inital meeting with Attorney Michael Monteforte, Jr. This is different than a regular consultation because it includes a review of any exisiting documents you may have, answers to all your questions, and a personalized reccomendations letter written by Michael that is specific to your needs. This fee will be credited towards any work you have done with us within 90 days of your session!

When one party reliquishes their end of a lease on paper is there any way to hold the property liable for the signing of said paper. As there is a new applicant who's been approved for the dwelling. Party that reliquished is now refusing to leave
