Horrible care. The place is filthy dirty. Rats running around. This place is not for frail elderly. It is like a prison. A person's worst nightmare. Downstate owners who don't care.

They have put a delay in patient care I have been trying for 3 days to get a call back to determine a patient Medicare days and when I get ahold of someone they either can’t answer my questions, hang up on me, transfer me and forget about me. Poor communication, in regards to delaying patient care.

My dad has gotten infections from neglect and they have lost his clothes and they stole his cellphone from his room.

if I could give this place a 0 I would definitely would. My sister is in there. She called me one day after sitting in feces for 6 hours. She was crying about her but was burning. Then one of the staff members had the audacity to tell her to wait until someone could get to her. The lady said it nasty not realizing my sister was on the phone talking to me, once she realized she changed her tone of voice. I hung up and called the supervisor, who turned out to be a joke. He kept trying to talk over me until I informed him that I plan on filing a complaint at the governors office. Then he changed his tone and went and helped my sister, of course quite mad about it. Then yesterday I went to try and visit her and the secretary said you have to have an appointment. OK I do not get that. They have a lot to hide. Please think twice before placing a member of your family there. Even the outside needs to renovated.
