I stop there once every few weeks in the early morning. Lady at the first window is a delight, always happy and very friendly. Never have to wait for order.

Despite having two lanes and plenty of staff, they still seem to be running operations pretty slow. Been here several times and it’s always a request to pull to the side so they can spend more time making food. This falls on poor management not providing the best customer experience possible—just look at all the other reviews.

This McDonald's in Mounds View, has got to be the absolute SLOWEST "fast food" restaurant on the planet! I was in the drive through for 20-25 minutes! I understand they may be short handed, but this seems to be "normal" for this store. Unfortunately, the next nearest one is about 10 minutes drive away.
