Why is it that I wait 10 minutes for a reply at the speaker box? Or 30-45 minutes for my food when there is a specific manager? Honestly this location is so pathetic in means of effort and customer satisfaction....

You should call and complain and talk to the manager and get a free meal

Its cause they can't keep the orders right so they keep handing out the wrong food to people
