This business has the most incompetent employees both corporate and stores employee and corporate can't tell customer's how to work a specific toy and return policy sucks a big oneDear Mr. Geis - We're genuinely sorry that you had an unfortunate experience at Ambiance. However, as we tried to explain to you at the time, our return policy clearly states that we cannot accept returns of open/used adult toys. I'm sure you can understand why this is so. As we tried to explain, we are following our published policy. We regret that you feel our policy "sucks a big one", but we must adhere to basic principles of hygiene and common sense. In addition, you chose to dismantle the toy prior to returning it, and did not have the original packaging, which voided the store warranty. At that point, our hands were tied. Perhaps, if you had called or visited the store when you had difficulty with the charger, you would not have taken the toy apart. At that point, our associate could have shown you how to work the toy, and this unfortunate incident would never have taken place. We also suggested that, in this case, the manufacturer might be able to respond to your request for a replacement, despite your having disassembled the toy. You chose not to take this up with the maker. We take considerable pride in the training and competence of our sales associates. They do an excellent job, and did so in this case. I have also spoken with the customer service associate at our head office, and I am satisfied that she did her job professionally and well, and confirmed the information that the store associate had given you. Again, I regret that you had this experience at our store. I can assure you that it is no way the norm.

Buyer Beware!!! This Ambiance had a DIFFERENT policy than the posted return policy on Ambiance's website! I purchased novelities. Site says they are returnable if unsealed. The sales person at THIS Ambiance STAMPED my receipt FINAL Sale! I did NOT notice until I got home!
