I’ve taking my car here for two years. I love it. I subscribe to the monthly unlimited wash plan. It’s reasonably priced and it’s great to have access to the free vacuums.

Great experience every time I've been there. Feel very fortunate to have this car wash right around the corner during the Winter and also think their monthly unlimited washes are a great bargain. I'm only taking the one star off because when I cancelled my monthly unlimited plan at the drive thru with one of the employees, the charge came up again the next month. I had to call there again and explain what happened to get the charges reversed on my credit card.

I drove through the car wash on 3/7/22. It was the first warm weekend of the year so the car was very busy. Going in to the tunnel, there was an attendant flagging drivers to when they could get on the conveyer. I thought we were loaded on a little too close and was afraid I would end up hitting the person in front of me. There was such a long line to get out of the car wash that once you were pushed out of the tunnel, there was no pace to go. The car behind me was pushed out and rear ended me, by no fault of the driver or myself. As I mentioned, there was no place for me to go and no place for her to go. Fortunately, neither of us had any damage. This could have been so much worse if there had been a car close behind her, which would have caused a chain reaction. Attendants need to be better trained and more space needs to be kept between cars. I won't be using this car wash again.

When I went on 12/09 later in the afternoon after 4 but before 6. The young Hispanic bald man was very unprofessional. He seemed to be more worried about his phone call than customers. And his water bottle with naked image made my child extremely uncomfortable. Normally love the north Olmsted staff but this time they fell short.Alyssa Please call me at 340-715-0729 Wally
