They have awesome build your own burger set up. They definitely are better than 5 guys and some similar places. You can get a way better burger with way more toppings than you're getting any where else, for a cheaper price. Service is always solid, but the food is why I go and KEEP going.

Brown Bag Burger is an excellent burger joint. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain their burgers. The burgers are stuff with toppings to the point it falls off the side. I would recommend B.B.B. to everyone to try it.

I used to come here all the time when I worked at Macy’s, and I just recently visited with my wife. We’re definitely going to frequent BBB and this will be our go-to burger joint. Excellent food and the people who work there are extremely nice. Would recommend to anyone.
