Waited 10 minutes to order! Waited 15 more minutes for food that didn't come! Got a refund and had to leave or I would be late back to work! No apologies no food! Thanks for nothing! Probably never coming back to McDonald's! Worst experience ever!

I got my food faster than normally and everything tasted good. Got everything I ordered and definitely like that they are open until midnight. Life saver for night owls

I eat McDonald’s ~once per week. This McDonald’s is only .5 miles from my house, but I drive to a different one further away, because the service is always terrible. Over the last few times I’ve been here, my mobile order has just been forgotten twice, and I have to wait several minutes to get any employee to help me with my issues. The employees are consistently rude, inattentive and slow. I understand there are busy days where mistakes get made and I never write poor reviews about businesses, but this location is so consistently terrible I needed to share. The building is nice and seems to be well taken care of, but everything about the service is absolutely terrible.

Poor management, great cashiers, foods poor quality, service is so so slow. Can't wait for a Culver's to go in instead... Yesterday's experience I received this burger as show in photo below (uncooked). Went back and was given a cooked one at no cost by the manager as well as assured I won't gave gotten sick if I ate it that raw. Was appritive for that McDonald's corporate: please turn this store around
