I switched my "regular" Sbux to this store during the first year of the pandemic, even though it is a bit out of my way and I hate drive-thrus. But it turned out okay because everyone at this store is nice and thoughtful and quick. They even learned my name after a few months of going to the drive-thru! (Yeah, I go too often...) They have a great manager who knows what she is doing, the staffing is usually correct for the time of day/demand, and the baristas are always quick to fixing anything that might go wrong. Not every experience for every person is going to be perfect, we all make mistakes, but this store is more on top of it than most locations. In sum - if you're in the neighborhood and need a bev, definitely go to this store.

I was just in Starbucks and had an uncomfortable experience with the individual that was was helping me. I asked for a large hot coffee with Carmel and a couple squirts of sweet cream. Immediately the individual stated we don't squirt sweet cream with an attitude I said well just add sweet cream and apologized because clearly I hit a nerve. He then goes to fill up a large coffee I didn't see them put in any sweet cream or carmel, not saying they didn't. I just didn't see it. This person provided me the drink filled to the brim so when I picked it up I Burnt my hand then coffee got all over and I had to wipe it up, no assistance from the person who filled it up. He saw me cleaning it up and said nothing. I had to throw the whole cup of coffee away because it was filled to the freaking brim I couldn't carry it and it was burning me on my hands I sipped it it burned my mouth to be expected but again they did not offer any kind of assistance. Once I threw my coffee away I turned around to get another coffee and was charged for that coffee not really sure but the person that gave me the 1st cup of coffee surely wasn't going to rush to help me so another young lady helped me she was able to assist me with what I wanted and it was not a problem a lot better experience however the individual that served me originally. I don't know if they had a bad day because I said can I get a squirt of sweet cream and took offense to that but you know again I'm not really sure this experience was not my basic experience by far and I go to Starbucks often
Authentic Intent
When you advertise BOGO for Thursday happy hour and you only have 2 people working. That's a fail! As you can see the drive thru line is backed up, and it's no faster going inside (which I did). These poor girls are getting completely slammed but as long as THEY make a buck, deal with it. United States of Corporate America.
