The location was a mess when we went in and all the employees were sitting at a table on their phones. They did get up to help us but it looked pretty bad, they are getting paid to play on their phones

The subs were great. However the store was filthy. There was plenty of help and they weren't very busy. Someone could have been wiping the tables and sweeping the floors. The restrooms were really bad. The customers will stop coming in if the sanitary problems are not addressed.
