Started off really bad due to the fact that the front desk staff was absolutely horrid. And to make matters worse the manager was standing right there allowing the front desk staff agent to be rude and condescending. I understand that I arrive at 7 am due to a job in town, however customer service is meant to be about the customer, and not onky am I a customer I am also a diamond customer, which means I spend quite a few dollars and most importantly my time at Hilton establishments. This is now my 2nd horrible experience with front desk agents at Hilton branded hotels. I'm really starting to reconsider my loyalty with Hilton and move on to Marriott or even IHG. This is terrible because I am very loyal to who I like and I used to love Hilton before I became a diamond member. It's stating not to feel worth it after this recent experience. Like what is the point. The breakfast was garbage as well it felt like I was back in college eating at a cafeteria. I understand it was a Hampton Inn but being a diamond member did not feel special compared to being a first-time hotel goer. Then I was charged extra to upgrade my room when I was under the impression that room upgrades were complimentary. I'm just really growing tired with ny diamond status at Hilton. Once again Hilton is amazing with there cleaning staff as well as all of the other workers. Everyone was sweet and nice and just perfect. It just these front desk agents. Better hiring is definitely needed. I'm tired of complaining. LIKE SERIOUSLY if you plan on checking in here with a family like i did i would advise you check in online with your family in the car because you would not want them to see the horrible customer service at the font desk. Lastly a simple no being said is better than saying no we don't do that or no and forgive me it's early.

We stay at Hampton Inns often. The beds are very comfortable....neither too soft or too hard. The staff is excellent...very helpful and caring (especially the after midnight staff... I couldn't sleep). Breakfast is full buffet and hot.

The desk staff were nice. Checking in was fast. Which was great after driving a long distance. Our room was very clean( thank you to the room cleaning staff on a wonderful cleaning the room was perfect). Yes the cleaning staff had carts in the hallway at 5. It depends how long it takes them to clean a room. If someone is disrespectful and leaves their room a mess. It will take them longer to do a great job. So when leaving our room I alway pull the sheets up, put things in the garbage, dirty towels in the tub/shower and tidy up. Respect. It doesn't take long to do. Breakfast had the usual items enough to get you on your way. Breakfast are had lots of room. There is 5 restaurants nearby in walking distance. Kids were having fun in the pool too. I saved this place to stay again. Wonderful job staff.

Well worth the extra paid to stay here. Very clean including the sheets and bathroom. Pleasant and attentive front desk and breakfast staff who actually seemed to care about the safety and comfort of their guests. There were eggs, ham, make to order waffles, juice, oatmeal, cereals and fresh fruit and juice coffee etc for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
