Positive: Just a nice clean place to spend the night. Staff was friendly and location was quiet and easy to get to. Negative: If you can count this as a complaint, there was no usb charging ports in the room. I would rate this as more of an annoyance instead of a complaint. I will still stay here in the future, I will just be sure to bring my own charger.

Positive: Nothing. We could not stay, it smelled terrible, like smoke etc. despite non-smoking signs. We would like a refund as we had to stay somewhere else. The bed spread was stained and dirty. Negative: It was not clean as it was advertised as ¿very clean¿ and the smoke smell was horrendous. I found it uninhabitable.

I will admit my husband I were leary about staying at a Super 8, especially reading some of these reviews. We stayed here to attend an NCAA track meet held at IU. The hotel was completely full, there were many teams staying there as well. My first comment is how quiet it was. Not once did we hear any of the other guests. The room did not smell at all and was very clean. It looks like all the carpeting throughout the entire place is brand new. The staff was very friendly as well. They do offer a breakfast, but we chose to eat out at local restaurants so I can’t comment on that, however it seemed packed with happy guests each morning. All the hotels in the area inflated their prices for the influx of people attending this meet. For the cleanliness, service and proximity to the University, I am so happy we chose this place instead of a pricier hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had an emergency situation and the staff was super pleasant assisting in getting us a room. We stayed a couple of evenings and was able to keep the same room. The breakfast, coffee was good. Staff just super nice and accommodating. Thank you to Bloomington, In Super 8

Call the hotel directly and talk to a manager. They are usually good at negotiating a slightly lower weekly rate depending on when you will be staying.

Maybe call the desk, i took the shuttle from the hotel to the airport just last week on monday July 19th 2021. I had to schedule at the hotel desk. I'm not sure if they run from the airport to the hotel, i took an uber when i arrived. Heads up, if you do want to rent a car, I went with uhaul of bloomington just like a mile away from the hotel, it was WAY cheaper than renting from a normal car rental place
