They charged be $72 for a fill! I went in two weeks prior for a full set and it was $75! Doesn’t make sense, a fill should not be $72. That’s my last time going there! Not to mention i called and made an appointment with james and that is not who did my nails. I purposely came in early to get james, so not only did i waste my money i wasted my time as well.

The salon was empty when we arrived. My friend and I came together for an appointment under MY NAME. I was sat down and separated from my friend. Customers soon started coming in. I was moved to yet another chair and someone else was put in my previous chair and my friend right next to her. They started working on both of them, and had me wait almost 20 minutes before my nail tech came out. I was told one time to hold on that he was eating. My question is why they started my friend and the walk in and made me wait? Then after the acrylics are put on he tells me he don't have time to put a sunflower on each nail, only 2 nails on each hand, then my dude leaves me and I'm told to wait again and that she (host) will design my nails instead of him. I wait another 10 minutes. She did 2 "sunflowers" nails on each hand and they don't look the greatest My friend was finished and had to wait 20 minutes for me to be done, and I still didn't get what I wanted. I was so excited to get my nails done because it had been so long since I've done anything like that for myself and I will never return back to the shop again! They made me feel like I wasn't important and that I didn't matter and that is not what I wanted to feel like on this day or any other day. You don't treat a new customer this way for sure! Update: it hasn't even been a week and they are chipping, there are bubbles on my nail from where they were painted without being properly cleaned off. You still treated me like I didn't matter and served several people before me, even though I made an app with my friend. She was properly attended to, so why wasn't I???

I been here many twice now. Can't wait to go back. My pedicures are incredible. Tina does such a wonderful job. She is simply awesome!!!

Took my daughter there for homecoming. She asked for a different shape than the pointed look that she got. Also her middle fingers , the tips are pointed upwards. They raised their prices but not their quality of work. 🤷‍♀️
