Very helpful and patient staff in listening to there prospective customers. I'm sure they hear it all. The homes we toured had good floor plans but seemed to lack coat, pantry and linen closets. The showers were located behind the entry door to the bathroom and the doors hit the shower doors. Not quite foolproof.

This is my wife and I experience, i want to share a honest review about clayton homes. Day 1- We had a appointment scheduled 5/15/21 to see their homes in person. we showed up at 925am and our appointment was at 930. We went in and met with Justin the general manager, he explained to me Malech the gentleman i spoke with on the phone had his wisdom teeth pulled and was not there (understandable) and his other employee had called off. Justin was very nice and told us to go look at the homes. So off we went. The homes seem very nice and it seems there is a high demand as he only had 1 home available ready that could be purchased for delivery. the other homes would not be ready to next year sometime, i assume they have a back log. They did state some where coming in, in October but would not be able to be set up this year. So he gave us some numbers on the house that was there and my wife and left to discuss everything. Day-3 (monday) I received a call from malech who is very polite and he explained things a little more in detail to me. He was able to lower the price for me on the tradition that we were interested in. So then he went over a few more things with me and said i need to get financing before we could go any further and he wanted me to put a 1000$ down to hold the home witch i did not do at this time. Day 5 I filed for my loan through ........... mortgage and as i got my approval through them, called malech he was off on Wednesday, they told me he would call me on Thursday Day 6 No call i had to call them, he said he had to get the info for my loan from ............ and he would call me back later that day or Friday. No calls Thursday or Friday Day 8 Saturday. I waited till 1230 and still no call, i call them Malech answers the phone, and within 2 minutes is trying to talk me into a smaller home. Now through ............. our loan total with our x down is 140's So the house we originally wanted would be at the very top of our budget but still doable. Our conversation did not go very well and since then i have reached out to Rona Homes and Champion Homes since its now Tuesday and i have heard nothing further. Day 11 today I feel as if i have wasted a lot of my time and I'm disappointed is the process, I feel as if there has been little effort made to try to make a home work. I will continue to update this review as our purchase continues. I will say the homes are beautiful on the inside and the people i have spoke with our very nice. I am just lost in the process and have no clue what if anything is going on with us at clayton homes at this time. day 12,13, crickets, day 35 and never received a phone call.
