This is by far the worst Lowes I've ever had the pleasure to shop at. They don't train the employees to know store policies. If you tell a customer one thing on the phone then get told the completely opposite at the store after driving there to be made to make another trip home then back is beyond frustrating and bad management and training if you ask me. Save yourself the hassle and drive to Marysville or go to home depot or menards

Great for what you need to do DIY or projects Staff in the Bellefontaine are are rude though and they have decided not to open any checkout lanes making you do everything yourself and when you need help in the self checkout staff is very slow rude and mean I wouldn't recommend the bellefontaine Lowe's go to Marysville Lowe's so much better

Lowes has a customer service desk usually inside the front entrance. Also if you are military you can bring in your DD214 and get signed up for a discount. If you have Lowes credit card I believe you get a discount too.
They have them in the Lowe's website so you may be able to find in store near you, if not can order online.

I would check online or give a call to find out. I believe these questions are mostly answered by other Google users and local guides. I have seen a few places that do have a employee monitoring their feed to answer questions but its not the norm. I would hate to see you waiting for an answer that might not come.
