Absolutely love this place..! They've got a little bit of everything. From great produce, sweet corn, onions, tomatoes, rhubarb, strawberries, to meats, cheeses, salsa's, honey, eggs, pies, cookies, more cheeses, deli meats, seasonings, even made to order subs, sandwiches and pulled pork. Did I mention they sell cheese..?

Yes, haven't tried them yet but they have them.
As you would unmarinated pork chops....bake at 450° for 15-20min till internal reaches 145°. Grill on medium till internal reaches 145°... fry at 350° till internal reaches 145°. Boil at 210° till internal reaches 145°. I think u get the point.....145°!
