Helpful, friendly, and professional staff at this small, local U-Haul office. I rented a 15' truck for a local move and everything went smoothly. Judging from reviews, local U-Haul franchises can be hit or miss when it comes to customer service. I can recommend this one (on SE 17th x Holgate).

You can rent it at the Powell location and they will deliver it to the 17th location and you can pickup and drop off at the 17th location. They do not take cash card only.
