Manager David Reynolds needs to be fired. He is terrible, yelled, lied and made fake charges after I returned truck. Had to call company to file official complaint. Do not use this location. If he wrongs you call uhaul customer service and escalate. This guy should not be working in any industry where he has power over other people his ego is way too delicate.

Michael and Anthony were really helpful, in helping with the check-in and checkout processes. The pickup truck was in great shape, and clean upon arrival.

Stressful, anxiety inducing experience. Pick up went smooth enough, until we realized they never cleaned out the cab from the last person. Fast food bag, coffee cup,water bottle and used face mask all among the lovely presents along with a strong cigarette aroma. When it came to drop off, they said not to worry I wouldn’t get charged a cleaning fee for a mess that wasn’t mine. Nope. Instead they charged me 100 dollars extra for 40 + miles I didn’t drive. And because I signed off on the mileage at pickup they get to say I drove an impossible amount in the 3 hours I had the truck and do absolutely nothing to help or even offer resources. I left the building in tears and without money I needed to finish my move. Do not go to this business.

Avoid this place. I showed up for my hitch install appointment at the confirmed time / date and was told their “hitch guy” would not be in for five more days! Did not receive a phone call or email about the lack of availability. Nor did I receive any form of apology for wasting my time + gas, not to mention a severe disruption to my moving plans.
