The best part about inmotion is the fact that they have so many options, and so many different spaces! Although a lot of people go to inmotion, the amount of space there is compensates for how many people are there during peak hours. Of course it’s not always busy, and some underrated qualities of the gym are the awesome rooms they have for classes that can be used for stretching or mat exercises when there are no classes !

The gym has become way too overcrowded to the point where I have stopped coming...it is impossible to get the kind of workout you actually want. At times there are multiple people waiting for one machine. They have some more machines outside now but I dont really pay for a gym membership to workout in 100F weather. It'd be nice if the gym was open 24 hours again...

You either need a membership or a guest pass to enter. Saunas are located in each locker room. Guest passes are cheaper if you go with a member.
In Motion Fitness members are allowed to work out without a parent or guardian as long as they are 14 or older.
Yes, multiple showers, sauna and steam room.
There is a program called yo-fit that allows a child to work out but parent must be present until age 14 or 15. Cant recall. Parents must be members tp enter or pay for day pass.
I do believe that there is a senior discount. Please call and ask to speak with membership to get details. 😁
That's more like a nutricional question. But in my opinion, any type ofexercise would help you to control diabetes.
