I'm not a member but I checked this place out the other day. It's very small. Not much to offer as far as amenities and they want almost $50 a year! Didn't seem worth the price to me.

I like that they're open all the time and you can just let yourself in with your key fob. All the people that are working out seem safe are working to be healthy. All the machinery feels clean, and everything seems organized. They have security cameras everywhere as well. The staff when they're on site are also very friendly and helpful. They don't have any pools, saunas, or fancy locker rooms, but they have what's necessary to have a solid workout in a nice environment.

If you talk to the management their, they will let you bring a guest, and they won't charge you. I did this with my girlfriend. They are very nice about it.

Correct. You have to be a member for 30 days prior to having access to all gyms.
You can pay monthly, of course they offer you lower monthly rates with the various contract terms.
I believe they are there monday through friday from 8 am to 5 pm to talk to and by appointment on the weekends although im not 100% sure about the times. As far as the type of people in the gym, there are all types of people from younger athletic types and weight lifters to the occasional tredmill jogger and everything in between at all ages.
