The owners and trainers are very knowledgeable in fitness and exercises. They are all very friendly and welcome you upon arriving. They encourage you during workouts and push you to work yourself to your fullest. The atmosphere there makes the workout enjoyable and everyone is like a big family there! My husband and I absolutely love 9round!

There is no better workout. 30 minutes of pure fun. As the name implies you work through 9 stations of 3 minutes each. The trainers demonstrate the round/station for you and then off you go. No matter your age or fitness level this is a great workout.

You can learn kickboxing for fitness here, but not actual sparring/olympic boxing. It's a great workout and the trainers are incredibly helpful for beginners. Whenever I go there's ~ 40/60 split men to women.
Not specifically. It's a gym to get in shape like a fighter by learning and using boxing/kickboxing workouts. But no sparring or match setups. It's just a great way to train hard for personal fitness goals.
