We have been coming to this location for donation drop off for a very long time. The staff is usually incredibly helpful and helps unload your car. When we went today the guy working didn’t look up from his phone or help with any of the items we had. Then when we were going to leave he took the box of glassware we had nicely put in the donation cart and essentially dumped it into another cart breaking all of the glass in the box. Like at least wait until we left the parking lot before you break all of the items we donated lol.

York thrift store donation center has helped me in my time of need I didn't have a thread and they put clothes on my back.Thank you
