Wells Fargo puts up billions in profits every year but can't afford to hire enough people to open the drive-thru at one of their largest banks in the area. No drive-thru and constant long lines due to lack of tellers in the lobby. What a joke

Joshua Barajas was extremely helpful. However, the reason we had to go inside the bank in the first place was because of a screw up that Wells Fargo made... but Josh was very helpful in fixing it.

The two tellers were extremely helpful and were courteous. They were able to assist me with my transaction and answer any questions that I had. The service was quick and painless. I do wish that Wells Fargo would update/clarify the website/mobile app. As this location does not carry foreign currency, they have to order it for you. I could have easily did that myself, but according to the website it leads one to believe that they have the currency onsite.

We moved branches from the location on 100th and Wads because the customer service here is 100% better. The staff and bankers are always friendly and attentive. They work to make sure you are happy with the service you receive. Yes and no. Yes we pull cash from the account to make the check however negotiating that cashiers check at a different bank could be subject to a hold.
