The owner is beyond rude. Cashier made a mistake and entered my card wrong. Asked manager Alex for help and he tells me it was my fault and next time I need to tell her credit. But I already had before she tried it. Very aggressive. Tells me if I don't like it don't come back. I told him oh don't worry I don't plan to. Interesting manner to run a business. Terrible customer interaction. I try not to ever go to this one because they treat you like garbage. Also never have anything. Always out of everything. Just go to the one down south. Don't waste your time with this ghetto store.

I went into this location on 1.30.2021 to purchase some clothing. All was well during the visit however I then received a notice from my bank stating they charged my account twice for $98.37. My financial institute advised me that I would need to dispute this with the company who charged me. I contacted GenX today and was told they can't do anything about it. I tried to explain that my bank states that the merchandiser is responsible for disputing this on their end since they are the ones who overcharged me. The lady wouldn't even let me speak. I will now dispute with my financial institute as a fraudulent charge. I use to love shopping at this location but when they won't even let you speak and tell you it's not their responsibility to fix it, I will not shop here again.
