I usually don't leave a review...but the way they helped me today...I had to say this: My laptop charger stopped working today and the fastest one I can get will arrive 2 days later. It seemed like I could not do anything till I get that. However, I tried some local repair shops, and no one could help. But PCS connection people went above and beyond and fixed the problem within half an hour; moreover they charge reasonably. I am extremely satisfied with the service. If you have an urgent issue, the least you can do is to show it to them and get their opinion. They know what they are doing.

The two guys who run this place are 100% honest in their advice and dealings. I was actually referred to them by a different cell phone repair shop. They know phones inside and out and will tell you your options. They just won't let you down.
