After having lived in my home for almost 30 years, the idea of selling it was a source of stress for me and I was very concerned about finding a realtor with whom I could work well. He met with me before the listing to talk me through the process and gave me excellent advice for staging my home. When I received offers he answered my questions quickly and clearly so that I could make good decisions. When I accepted an offer, he guided me through the paperwork and kept me advised of all deadlines I needed to meet. Even after the sale was completed, he personally helped me take care of some final details that I could not attend to because I was out of state. Throughout this process he was consistently friendly, pleasant and calm. I always felt that Brent was there for me, was on top of my home sale process, and had my best interest at heart. Well it all depends on how we negotiate. A lot of times you can ask the seller to contribute money off the price towards your closing costs. Sometimes these credits can erase all lender and escrow fees, leaving you with only your down payment. Also, commissions are paid by the seller. You don't pay me anything for my services as a buyer.
Yes, it's totally free. I can either send you some comparables based off your bed/bath and square footage or I can come by your home to see all of your features first hand and we can narrow down a value together based off of the recent comparables in the area.
