This place is a nightmare the electricity was built in 1936 and constantly goes off the manager Doreen is harassing everyone and told us that if we think she's mean wait till we meet her boss! Don't come here they just sold a trailer to a very nice gal for $35,000 and it's full of black mold and rats!!

No but try Plesant Valley on Oro Dam Blvd. They have a few available.

There use to be a pool in the front. They took that out years ago, any plans to put in another one? Or can we put one up on our own space. Too hot in this valley not to have one. Kids need to play and enjoy a pool
