My mother took a piece of jewelry for repair. She lives 3 counties away and is 81 yrs old. She had been a frequent customer in the past even has outside family/friends connetions. Upon arrival we were greeted and the gentleman took care of her. She then tried talking to the owner. When he finally responded he was very rude not once looking at her, kept his back to her then walked away dismissing her. It was blatantly obvious she was disturbing him. At this time he was not working with any other customer. After years of being a customer with Cass Jewlers, we both agreed that was very rude and disrespectful! Moving forward, she will be taking her business elcewhere. You may have fine jewelry, but your customer service doesnt come close to being fine!

We do. We sell them under our Cass family name. They come with a 3 year limited warranty and we add batteries for life at Cass for these watches. We are open 9:30 to 6 Monady thru Friday and 10 to 4 on Saturday. We have our own watch man to repair them as well.
