Just moved from FL to NC and needed my ring repaired from where they upsized it about a month and a half ago at a Florida location the manager at this location absolutely refused to help me out with getting any information and said if I didn't have a receipt proving I paid for it through them there's nothing they could do... So within 5 minutes I called the store I had it repaired at and had the receipts sent to me. Amazing right?! But she couldn't do that. Also asked since I was there if she could clean my other ring I purchased from Kay's to be cleaned she flat out told me no she didn't have the time for me. My Florida store told me this manager displays nothing but bad customer service and I couldn't agree more!

I was attempting to purchase an ankle bracelet online. Ready to pay for this 500.00 bracelet, and pick up the same day. I called the store to see whether the bracelet was in stock. Chloe told me it was. (And she's the manager). I explained to her that I would pay for the bracelet online, and have my husband pick it up. She stated that she couldn't guarantee that it would be available, but I told her that it indicated that it was available online with pick up in 4 hours. And that my husband would pick it up because I was out of town. She stated thatcwe would have to come into the store to purchase it if we wanted to pick it up on the same day. What's the point of stating online that you have a 4 hr pickup time if you can't deliver or honor your online promise. Unfortunately, I will have to take my business to another jewelry store. I would be interested in what others have to say about this. Maybe I'm viewing this from a narrow perspective.

When I was in the store there was only one other customer there. Everyone wore mask. When you touched a product it was not put back on display until it was cleaned.
