If I had the ability to give this place zero stars I would. My brother paid to get a lab test and they gave him a rapid test, when he went to ask them why they didn’t give him a lab test this older Black lady (worker) started yelling and screaming at him and was god awful. My brother didn’t want to make a scene so he left but our other sister went in to talk to this same lady and the lady was being rude to her also so they both went to ask for a manager and she told them to leave. Terrible, Terrible Service!! Needs to learn hospitality and manners.

Worst customer service make sure you confirm the right test because the lady at the desk in the Greensboro location will make you confirm any test and not let you take the correct one after you realize they tested you for something you did I not want tested!

The FASTEST drug test I've ever had done! Your stay there is in and out if you: A) Make an appointment in advance B) Have all of your documents ready in advance (Photo I.D. AND Passport I.D., the latter if you're getting a test done for an employer) C) Fill out the paperwork they send you via e-mail beforehand and either print it out and bring it with you or send the copy to their e-mail that they provide you in the confirmation e-mail D) Have all loose items out of your pockets and ready to be placed in their container (and I mean EVERYTHING, nothing but the clothes on your back are allowed in beyond that point) I did all of these steps and was quite literally out in less than 3 minutes. So glad I picked this place to go to with my future employer rather than Quest or Labcorp where wait times have always taken HOURS! The staff was also super friendly and a pleasure to have around. If I ever need a drug test done I'll be sure to keep this place in mind. It was like a well-oiled machine. Also, keep in mind they do require masks and a temperature check at the door. There's a sign up but I'm sure there are people there who'd like to know beforehand, especially since I know from my previous job people don't read signs.
