They don’t want to help. I have spent months on end trying to get them everything they ask for, nobody gets in contact and then they ask for more. I have spent money and so much time faxing in information that they claim they didn’t get. Even though they seem to get part of my fax. This was the worst experience I have ever had trying to get assistance, and I am on food, electric, and any other assistance you can think of. This one is just impossible. Please save your time and do not bother with them. I just gave up.

I am very frustrated with the whole process. I know people in Plymouth that have no problem getting assistance key fact they know workers there. I feel as if I’m being treated unfair don’t know why.
