Case workers don't contact you back, and decided to play blame others not them self. Even if the parents are telling the truth and the kid is lying in some cases, which is against the law to not contact the parents back and have 24 to 48 hours to respond back. And its been a week and no response and the case worker did not leave a card for contact and only gave a first name not a last name which is not very professional in the first place.

Arrived at 9am at Denver Human Services East (on Steele) for Covid drive through testing (walk-up testing is for neighborhood residents only). Waited two hours in the car - bring coffee! And a book! I had read you didn't need to register …

The office closes at 4 pm so don’t come after 4 pm thinking you may be able to drop off paperwork. Google says it closes at 4:30pm. The building closes at 4:30 but, they do not accept paperwork after 4 pm.

Who was the health care provided? If NOT Medicaid, human services unlikely to help. If you need Medicaid they may be able to. I would suggest trying the east side building on Steele Street, second floor. Not as busy.
Yes
Yes this please can definitely help you but the best place to get an ID card would be the DMV and there are many locations around Denver and the surrounding areas Denver Human Services can give you food vouchers motel vouchers they can help you get that all all that kind of stuff and just a day's time sometimes it takes longer than that but they definitely really do help and they can help you with resources like cheaper housing cheaper Transportation stuff like that it just depends on if you qualify. But if you're a single dad or a single mom you get more benefits if you have a child it just all depends what your qualifications are.. so I would suggest going to the Denver Human Services it's at 3815 Steele or 1200 Federal Boulevard and Denver Colorado before you go to the DMV to obtain your ID card and if they can't help you they will tell you where to go hope everything works out
