This motel is a very old building. The electrical outlets are in poor condition,we have mice living inside the holes inside the floor boards in all of the motel rooms,and the thermostats don't work. This motel is very old and unclean, it should be shut down. The walls in the bathroom are made so thin, that they are coming apart at the seams, from the constant plumbing problems upstairs with the water leaking constantly leaking through our bathroom ceiling and the Oriental motel manager is to lazy to find a way to fix our plumbing and electrical outlets etc. I also feel that I am paying way too much money to live in a dump like this motel. 1,249.00 a month.

The place is the nastiest shadiest dirtiest unkempt place I've ever seen. You'd be better off to sleep under a bridge...well anywhere but there. If you're into drugs or prostitutes then this is your ideal place. My advice is keep driving and don't make eye contact!!!

I called for rates and was quoted $59.00 When I arrived the price was raised to $65.00. I complained I was told it was tax. The rooms are in a state of disrepair. There are roaches, the linen and wash cloths are dingy and stained. The toilet did not flush properly. The bathtub is stained. The walls are cracked. and peeling. A large hole in the wall was taped overall over. The bottom of the door was not sealed so the room was very cold. The manager and his wife are rude and have no concept of customer service. The furniture is dirty broken and stained.

Rooms are tiny. I was quoted one price, and then charged more. I can't get them to unclog the sink. No cleaning offered. Neighbors very noisy. No toilet paper or shampoo. Hot water is very iffy. All in all, not worth half what I am being charged.
